Support that meets you where you are.
Access Ability provides person-centered community services for individuals receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver support in Colorado — helping people connect, get where they need to go, and build the lives they choose.
Our Services
We deliver three HCBS waiver services, each shaped around the goals, interests, and routines of the person we're supporting.
Supported Community Connections
One-on-one support to participate in community life — classes, volunteering, recreation, errands, and social activities — built around each person's own interests and goals.
SCCNon-Medical Transportation
Reliable rides to the places that matter — work, day programs, community activities, and appointments — so transportation is never the barrier to participation.
NMTMentorship
Guidance and skill-building alongside a consistent mentor — developing independence, self-advocacy, and confidence at each person's own pace.
MentorshipAbout Access Ability
Access Ability LLC is a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) serving individuals in Colorado through the Home and Community-Based Services waiver program.
We're intentionally small. Services are delivered directly by the owner — not rotated among staff — which means the person receiving support works with someone who knows them, their routines, and their goals. Families and case managers always know exactly who they're talking to.
Every service plan starts with the person: what they enjoy, what they want to work toward, and what a good week looks like for them.
- Person-centered by designGoals and activities are chosen with the individual, not for them.
- Consistent, direct careOne provider, every visit. No rotating staff, no hand-offs.
- Clear communicationResponsive to families, case managers, and CCBs alike.
- Fully approved & compliantA state-approved PASA operating under Colorado HCBS waiver rules.
